Michael Donley joins the Triple Strength team as a seasoned developer, ready to bring a wide range of skills and abilities to the table. With over 15 years of development experience, Triple Strength will be utilizing Donley's expertise to help deliver dynamic web solutions.

Palmyra, PA - April 07, 2010 - Triple Strength is ready to tap into new developer Michael Donley's broad skill set and industry experience. Serving as Director of Web Development as well as Senior Web Developer, he will not only be determining technical and architectural approaches, but also be working closely with the team to implement web solutions.

Donley's knowledge of all aspects of development will allow him take general approaches and apply them through hands-on implementation:

"I will work closely with our in-house staff, as well as manage our vendors. I will be able to apply a more technical eye for analysis to see how well we implement strategies, and with what level of success, which will ultimately feed back into future decision making processes."

With over 15 years of development experience under his belt, he will be able to quickly adapt to new technical environments and Triple Strength operations. Donley's versatility will no doubt come in handy in this transition, as he is no stranger to fulfilling a variety of roles.

His previous positions range from software engineering to consulting, development and support. His industry record is also diverse including Hershey Foods, America Online, the U.S. Navy, and the PA Department of Health, Revenue and Transportation.
